1. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
We currently accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns due to personal preference (like smell, color, etc.) are not accepted.
What are the conditions for return?
You can request a return if:
The product is damaged or leaked upon delivery
You received the wrong item
The issue is reported within 48 hours
The product is unused and in its original packaging
What proof do I need to submit for a return?

How long does it take to get my refund?
Once the returned product is received and approved:
For prepaid orders: Refund within 5–7 business days
For COD orders: Refund via UPI/Bank Transfer within 7 days
Can I exchange the product instead of getting a refund?
Yes, if the item is in stock, we’ll happily provide a replacement instead of a refund — especially if the mistake is on our end.
What are the reasons a return or refund can be rejected?
Returns/refunds will not be accepted if:
The product is used or damaged by the customer
Return is raised after 48 hours
No proof (photos/videos) is submitted
The product was received in good condition but you changed your mind
Do you offer free pickup for returns?
Yes, we offer reverse pickup via Shipmozo wherever available. In case pickup is not possible in your area, we may ask you to self-ship the product.
Do you accept returns for bulk or distributor orders?
For B2B/bulk orders, returns are handled separately. Please contact our sales team directly to discuss return eligibility.
