Return Eligibility Criteria
You may be eligible for a return if: We reserve the right to reject returns if:
Share your Order ID, along with clear photos/videos of the received product.
Once verified, our team will schedule a reverse pickup or guide you to ship the product back.
On receiving the product, we’ll inspect it and notify you of return approval or rejection within 2 business days.
Terms for Return Approval
● Return shipments must include original invoice. ● For damage claims, outer packaging images are mandatory. ● In case reverse pickup is not serviceable in your area, you may need to self-ship the product.
